2024 Lok Sabha elections: First phase polling done.

A voter turnout of66.14 per cent voting was recorded in the first phase covering 102 constituencies

New Delhi : The Election Commission has blazoned the dates for the first phase of Lok Sabha choices. A name turnout of 66.14 percent was recorded in the first phase covering 102 constituencies and 66.71 percent in the alternate phase covering 88 constituencies. In 2019, it was 69.58 percent and 69.45 per cent, independently.

The decline in vote share was 3.44 percent and 2.74 percent, independently. In the first two phases, Maharashtra recorded 63.71 percent and 62.71 percent name turnout, independently. In 2019, the voter turnout was 63.04 percent and 62.85 percent independently. While the first phase saw an increase of 0.67 percent, the alternate phase saw a decline of 0.14 percent.

In 2024, the average name turnout in two phases was 63.21 percent, while in 2019, the normal was 62.94 percent. The average chance of votes polled in the first two phases has increased by 0.27 percent. In the alternate phase, Manipur recorded a high name turnout of 84.35 percent, while Uttar Pradesh recorded a low of 55.19 percent.
