A young woman who is looking for a job was cheated by taking cash and online money from her by showing her a job (Cheating Fraud Case). In this case, Wakad Police (Wakad Police Station) has registered a case of fraud against three people. This incident took place from March 2024 to April 2024 at Zen Business Center Wakad, Bhumkar Chowk Wakad.
In this regard, Roshni Subodh Shil (age-28, resident of Vadgaon Budruk, Pune) has filed a complaint at Wakad Police Station. Based on this IPC 409, 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 against Pradeep alias Vikrant Bhosle, Paresh Patil alias Saurabh Mane, Pallavi Londhe alias Pragati Hazare, a case has been registered u/s 120(b).
According to the police, the complainant Roshni Shil was looking for a job. Accused colluded and gained trust by luring the plaintiff to get him a job. Accused at Hinjewadi Phase-3 (Hinjewadi Phase 3) Boxes Pvt. Ltd. (Backes Pvt. Ltd. Company) was lured with a good paying job. Accused gave different reasons from the prosecutor to get the job 6 lakh taken in cash and online. There after a forged offer letter to the plaintiff. He pretended to get a job.
Online work from home com to the plaintiff. He cheated the plaintiff and others by asking them to do so. After realizing that the offer letter was fake, the plaintiff demanded the money. The accused defrauded the plaintiff of six lakhs without returning the money. Further investigation is being conducted by Police Sub-Inspector Chavan.
