On the night of August 23, at 10 pm, Aryan Mishra had come out with his neighbour Harshit. He was accompanied by Harshit's brother Shanky, mother and neighbour Kirti Sharma. The men had gone out to eat noodles at the nearby Vardhman Mall.
At that time, the accused Anik Kaushik's organization had received secret information that some people who were smuggling cows would come in the car of the Duster company.
