SP chief Akhilesh Yadav also addressed the controversy surrounding Maharana Pratap's statue, dismissing BJP's claims and stating that SP workers were honoring the statue. Akhilesh mentioned that a holiday was previously declared on Maharana Pratap Jayanti during the SP government's tenure, highlighting the respect SP and socialist individuals have for Rana Pratap.
