Pune : Pune Lok Sabha Mahavikas Aghadi's Congress seeker Ravindra Dhangekar is in the election fray for Pune Lok Sabha. Still, while planning the crusade of Dhangekar, Congress and Shiv Sena Thackeray group(Shiv sena UBT) are seen to be arguing further about the forth coming choices. At present, there's a' tu tu mai mai' between the office bearers from both sides on where to hold Uddhav Thackeray's meeting.
It's reported that Shiv Sena party president Uddhav Thackeray or youth leader Aaditya Thackeray held a meeting(Kothrud Sabha) inKothrud. However, the Congress officers have opposed holding the meeting in Kothrud as they feel that the Shiv Sena may demand Kothrud Vidhan Sabha seat in the coming assembly and external elections(PMC Elections), If the meeting is held in Kothrud. Planning is presently underway to hold a campaign meeting, road show for Ravindra Dhangekar.
A session of meetings is underway to take opinions in this regard. Still, it's reported that there's disunion among the office bearers in these meetings. specially, all the meetings or road shows aren't only for the agitation of Dhangekar, but also for the forth coming assembly (Vidhan Sabha Election In Maharashtra) and External Election computations of assembly or road show is being organized. In short, the office bearers are more upset about the forth coming choices than the campaigning of Dhangekar.
Congress demands that Uddhav Thackeray or Aditya Thackeray's meeting should be held in Kothrud assembly constituency Some officers did. But there was a disagreement between the office liaisons over this. Congress officers say that the Thackeray group will claim the seat in the coming elections. Also organized by Prithviraj Chavan in Sangamwadi, Bopodi, Mula Road area. It's understood that there was a disagreement over the meeting.
Interestingly, after Rabindra Dhangekar was nominated for the Pune Lok Sabha, the Thackeray group in Pune demanded Kasba constituency for the Legislative Assembly. The Thackeray group had taken the stage that they would campaign for Rabindra Dhangekar only if this constituency was given to them.
After this, the Thackeray group said that they will share in the crusade only after they promise to give the Kasba Assembly Constituency officers blazoned. After that, the Thackeray group started campaigning for Ravindra Dhangekar. Now, elderly leaders will come to Pune to crusade for Ravindra Dhangekar. On that too, the Congress and Thackeray groups are arguing.
