Dombivali – A team of the Kalyan Crime Branch seized a three- kilogram narcotic substance called Maphodrone worth Rs.4.5 Cr. A case has been registered in Hillline Police Station and Rajesh Kumar Premchand Tiwari has been arrested. His accomplice Shailendra Ahirwar is lamming. Police are looking for him. The police have started an investigation. For the once many months, the Crime Branch platoon had entered information that drug trafficking was adding in the Kalyan- Dombivli area. The police were on the trail of the smugglers. Naresh Pawar, Senior Police Inspector of Kalyan Crime Branch, had entered information from the detectives that a large stock of narcotics was being hidden and sold intimately in the Gayatri Kirana shop in Newali village on the Kalyan-Malanggad road on the Katai-Badlapur pipeline intersection.

A team of 20 officers and employees under the guidance of Naresh Pawar suddenly entered Gayatri Kirana shop in Newali village on Friday. While searching the shop, the team set up a stock of Mafodrone importing 3 kg and 4 grams in the shop. The team arrested the owner of the shop, Rajesh Kumar Tiwari. Rajesh lives near Ekvira Dhaba in Dhamtan village on Katai- Badlapur pipeline road. Rajesh's accomplice Shailendra Ahirwar has lammed after the operation. Shailendra Ahirrao lives in Dhokli- Kolshet area of Thane. Police are looking for him.
