Swati Maliwal Case Update : The recent incident involving Swati Maliwal, formerly a close associate of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, has garnered significant attention. Maliwal reported an incident of misconduct allegedly involving Arvind Kejriwal's PA, Vibhav Kumar, prompting the Delhi Police to launch a search for Kumar following the filing of a 7-page complaint by Maliwal at the Civil Lines police station.

Multiple police units, including the Special Cell and Crime Branch, are actively pursuing Kumar's arrest, with over 10 investigative teams deployed to handle various aspects of the case. The North District Crime Branch is leading the investigation, with efforts underway to establish a timeline of events and locate potential CCTV footage.

Notably, Vibhav Kumar was last seen with Arvind Kejriwal at Lucknow airport, raising suspicions that he may have fled to Maharashtra where a political rally is scheduled. Kejriwal, who was present during the alleged assault on Maliwal, may be subject to police questioning along with other individuals present at the Chief Minister's residence. In her statement to the authorities, Swati Maliwal detailed the assault she endured, including physical violence and threats from Vibhav Kumar.

The police are set to record her statement formally under Section 164, and are reviewing CCTV footage from the CM residence as part of the ongoing investigation. Kejriwal's response to the allegations remains awaited, as the case continues to develop.
