Hyderabad : Union Minister and Telangana BJP chief G Kishan Reddy stated on Wednesday that the LS poll results on June 4 will bring surprises; the lotus will flourish in the state and emerge as an alternative force. Speaking to the media in the national capital, he mentioned that based on the party's information, they are set to secure double-digit seats. Reddy highlighted a decline in voter turnout in all urban areas, stressing the necessity for a voter list revision.

He raised concerns that around 20,000-30,000 votes were deleted just two days before the polls. Noting the removal of votes from individuals who received slips a week before the polling, he indicated, "We will lodge a complaint with the Election Commission. The electoral voter card should be linked with Aadhaar. There should be a through review on this matter."

Reddy elaborated that the party is gathering information on manipulated polling booths and advocating for re-polling in those locations. Reddy expressed confidence in the NDA alliance's victory in AP, along with securing 400 seats nationwide. He criticized the Congress and CM A Revanth Reddy, claiming that the public did not buy into the propaganda spread by them against the party and PM Narendra Modi. Reddy stated that various groups such as youth, women, farmers, and new voters in villages were showing unanimous support for the party and Modi.

He emphasized a silent revolution unfolding in Telangana and predicted the party would secure double-digit seats. Referring to this as the start of a new era in the state's political landscape post-elections, Reddy positioned the party as an alternative to the Congress and BRS. He emphasized that the CM's personal attacks on Modi would be answered by the people on June 4. Reddy criticized the financial crisis facing Telangana due to extravagant spending by the Congress and BRS without considering the state's future.

Asserting that they would not compromise on fulfilling Congress' promises, Reddy called for a focus on their implementation rather than engaging in dirty politics. He urged the CM to prioritize the economy and provide clarity on mobilizing financial resources for promise fulfillment. Reddy demanded a review of the implementation of schemes like Dalit Bandhu, Kalyana Lakshmi, fee reimbursement, and Arogyasri.
