Hadapsar : Elderly man abducted, beaten up for signing death certificate as witness; 7 booked

A man has been arrested for allegedly abducting and assaulting his sister's mother-in-law after she signed her death certificate as a witness. Police have arrested 7 people in connection with the incident.

It was named after Jai Singh Shendkar. The plaintiff signed the death certificate as a witness.
The accused said that Jai Singh Shendkar had cheated Tulsabai Shendkar of this land.


Therefore, the accused forced the complainant to sit in the Ertiga car from the site at Sattaranali.
They were abducted and taken to Jaisingh Shendkar's house. They were beaten there.
The victim suffered injuries on his back and neck. He also thrashed the complainant's father-in-law Jai Singh Shendkar and broke his mobile phone after deleting the voice recording recorded by him. Police sub-inspector Sheikh is investigating the case.
