The tests revealed a blockage in the arteries that supply blood to the heart. Many such examples are there. The risk of heart disease has increased in young people, and cardiologists advise timely care.

Many times it is believed that the burning sensation or pain in the chest is due to bile. From it, temporary solutions are made by taking tablets for the gallbladder. Therefore, it is important to get checked in time, without neglecting minor symptoms. At the same time, experts have also emphasized on conducting health checkups every year.

He said the 43-year-old man, who works as a consultant in an information technology (IT) company, suddenly started sweating in the air-conditioned room. He ignored it for a while, but as soon as the problem did not subside, he took a pill of bile lying nearby as usual. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital after he complained of uneasiness. An examination revealed that he had suffered a heart attack.

Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital. Rajiv Sethi said that the risk of heart disease, which was earlier associated with the elderly, is now increasing even in the age group of 20, 30 and 40 years. The reasons for this are an inactive lifestyle among young people, too much processed food, a diet rich in sugar and fats. Obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes are on the rise. Factors such as alcohol consumption, smoking and stress are adding to the risk of heart disease in young people. Ignoring the symptoms of heart disease and not taking timely treatment is increasing the risk of heart disease in young people.
