India- Sri Lanka to enhance bilateral cooperation.

The Democracy News :- Colombo India's External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar also met Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe. The meeting concentrated on enhancing bilateral cooperation. They bandied cooperation in areas similar as energy, harborage structure, aeronautics, health, food and safety, education and tourism. Emphasis was laid on enhancing the traditionally close and friendly relations between India and Sri Lanka.

A ocean ground is being erected between India and Sri Lanka. Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe said that the study on the proposed land link between India and Sri Lanka is in the final stages.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi complimented the countrymen. Jaishankar also met Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena and reiterated India's strong support.
