Crime News Fraud with Court: The court punishes the criminal who cheats with murder, theft and various crimes. However, one of the accused tried to cheat the court and was arrested. The case is being heard in a Delhi trial court. Additional Sessions Judge Sugandha Agarwal was hearing a cheating case. The accused, identified as Trilok Chand Chaudhary, was produced before the court. Trilok Chandra Chaudhary was arrested by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) on charges of cheating, money laundering and criminal conspiracy.
The court had earlier granted him interim bail in the case. However, the court said that the accused had submitted fake medical certificates to extend the bail period. The court had on August 3 granted interim bail to Chaudhary for four weeks on medical grounds. However, as he is now trying to cheat the court, the judge has directed to file another case against him.
After getting interim bail, Trilok Chand Chaudhary had filed a fresh petition in the court. His condition was stated to be serious, the report said. He has 100% heart block and is also a diabetic. Hence, the deadline should be extended.
Investigators have identified the accused.
The court observed that on September 11, the accused had submitted a medical report of his. According to the report, doctors had advised Chaudhary to undergo angiography, undergo treatment to lower blood sugar levels, and have a stent inserted for a month. Chaudhary was discharged from the hospital on September 2. Doctors said his condition was better than before. However, when the investigating officers examined both the medical reports, they found that the signatures of the doctors on September 2 and September 11 were different. The doctors did not confirm the new report.
