Bengaluru : Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Monday handed over the murder case of a council pupil reported from Bengaluru lately to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) after the departed’s mama raised reservations against the state police and claimed pitfalls to her life and family.

The decision was taken by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah following a meeting with the mama ,K.R. Sowmya, who, along with delegation of social activists, submitted a memorandum regarding the case. Sowmya, in her submission, stated that she was raising enterprises about the non-cooperation of the original police, will full negligence, attempts to destroy substantiation, conspiracy with the manslayers, and pitfalls to her.

She demanded a comprehensive disquisition of the case, justice, and protection. Sowmya, a social activist who advocates for Dalits, oppressed communities, social justice and equivalency, stated that she's facing the most grueling time of her life following the murder of her son Prabuddha.
