New Delhi : The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation(DMRC) is all set to begin work on Phase- 4.

After the blessing of the Public Investment Board of the Union Ministry of Finance for the final corridor of Phase- IV, the way has been cleared for the construction of all six corridors of Phase- IV.

The Democracy News : The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation(DMRC) is all set to begin work on Phase- 4 of the Delhi Metro design. All corridors of Metro Phase IV in the capital are on track. After the blessing of the Public Investment Board of the Union Ministry of Finance for the final corridor of Phase- IV, the way has been cleared for the construction of all six corridors of Phase- IV. Three major corridors are under construction.

These include Janakpuri West- RK Ashram, Majlis Park- Maujpur and Tughlakabad- Aerocity. Construction is listed to be completed in 2025 and 2026. In March, plans for two other metro corridors were approved by the central government. This includes the Inderlok- Indraprastha and Lajpat Nagar- Sakage G- Block metro corridors. Now the Rithala- Kundli corridor has been approved. before, it was planned to construct about 22 km long corridor from Rithala to Narela in Phase- 4.

After several changes in the DPR of this proposed corridor, in July last time, the central government had directed to extend the corridor from Narela to Nathupur in Haryana. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation(DMRC) has prepared a draft announcement in this regard.

Changed the time of the first and last metro on the Yellow Line A 490- metre-long elevated corridor is to be erected near Haiderpur Badli Mor for the under- construction Janakpuri West- RK Ashram metro line of Phase IV. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation(DMRC) has changed the timings of the first and last services on the Yellow Line between Samaypur Badli and Millennium City Centre in Gurugram on Sunday and Monday.

Metro won't run from Samaypur Badli after 1045 pm on Sunday and before 7 am on Monday. On Sunday, the last metro from the Millennium City will run at 930 am rather of 11:00 am. The under- construction Phase IV corridor near Haiderpur Badli metro station will pass over the Yellow Line. It'll be the loftiest elevated corridor of the Delhi Metro the office.

The new corridor will give bodies to the development of Narela The Rithala- Kundli Metro will ameliorate the connectivity of the areas of Narela- Bawana- Alipur and will also accelerate development. This corridor will give motivation to the development of Narela- Bawanasub-city and will also meet the long pending conditions of Rohini sub-city.

People aren't buying houses due to lack of connectivity. In such a situation, the casing systems will also get bodies with the appearance of the metro. Under the guidance of Lt Governor VK Saxena, DDA, NarelaSub-City is being developed as an Education mecca with seven premises and institutes of Delhi- grounded universities along with Multi Modal Logistic Park, Corporate Office, IT Park, AIIMS and IGTUW Medical Campus.

The construction of this corridor of the metro will accelerate the development plans. The area formerly has Delhi Technological University, NIT Delhi, National Institute of Homoeopathy, Raja Harish Chandra Hospital, Anaj Mandi, Smriti Van and several systems of the Delhi Development Authority.

This corridor will insure flawless connectivity between Ghaziabad in UP, Delhi and Kundli in Haryana. It's estimated that on completion of this design in 2028,1.26 lakh passengers will travel daily and by 2055,3.8 lakh passengers will travel.

The corridor will have a aggregate of seven stations in Rohini, two stations each in Barwala, Sanoth Gaon, New Sanoth Gaon, Narela, JJ Colony and Bawana Industrial Area and five stations in Narela area, including Anaj Mandi, Narela DDA Sports Complex, Narela Gaon, Depot Station and Narela Sector 5.
