After arriving in Delaware, Prime Minister Modi will meet US President Joe Biden. After the meeting, the two leaders are expected to leave for the Quad summit. The Prime Ministers of Japan and Australia will also attend the summit. The two leaders are scheduled to meet at the Arkmere Academy in Delaware, which has been closed to the general public. The decision has been taken due to the possibility of Khalistani supporters infiltrating into the area. It has been ensured that no crowd or students will be present at this place.

A large number of security personnel have been deployed at the venue of PM Modi's event in New York. The SPG and the US Secret Service are coordinating in this regard. Prime Minister Modi will address the United Nations General Assembly on September 23 and return to India on September 24.
