UP to buy land worth Rs.7,300 crore for artificial corridors Industrial.

The Democracy News : Corridors are being erected in 29 sections along the five roadways of UP. UP has been given the responsibility. The land accession for the corridor along the thruway will bring Rs 7,300 crore. With this quantum, 5568 hectares of land is being acquired at a rapid-fire pace. About 1,700 hectares of land have been acquired. It's clear from its speed that the' thruway' of artificial development for the state will materialize soon.

In Uttar Pradesh, artificial corridors are being erected along the Ganga Expressway, Bundelkhand Expressway, Agra- Lucknow Expressway, Purvanchal Expressway and Gorakhpur Link Expressway. These corridors are to be developed in 29 sections along these five roadways. The maximum number of 11 artificial corridors will be along the Ganga Expressway. On the alternate number, 6 artificial metropolises will be developed along the Bundelkhand Expressway and Purvanchal Express.

The third is the Agra- Lucknow Expressway with four metropolises. Two artificial metropolises will be developed in Gorakhpur. 84 townlets in 23 sections have formerly been notified. These artificial metropolises will have pharma premises , cloth premises , storages, logistics, electronic outfit, hose, food processing, dairy processing, medicinals, IT premises , heavy diligence and ministry.

The artificial development on the Ganga Expressway is the fastest The corridors will be erected near Meerut, Hapur, Amroha, Sambhal, Badaun, Shahjahanpur, Hardoi, Unnao, Rae Bareli, Pratapgarh and Prayagraj along the Ganga Expressway.1371.90 hectares of land is to be acquired in these metropolises. Of this, 1290 hectares will be taken from the private sector and 81.90 hectares of government land. The total budget is Rs 2345 crore. So far, UPEDA has also acquired 672 hectares of land.

Artificial development of six metropolises of Bundelkhand Six artificial metropolises will be erected on the Bundelkhand Expressway. These artificial metropolises will be developed in Chitrakoot, Banda, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Jalaun and Auraiya. The corridors will be erected on 1911 hectares of land in these six sections. Out of this,1843.75 hectares of land is being taken from the private sector and 67.25 hectares from the government sector. 1926 crore is being spent on the purchase of land.

So far, 534 hectares of land has been bought. Six metropolises will also profit from the Purvanchal Expressway Six artificial metropolises are sitting on the Purvanchal Expressway. These are to be developed in Lucknow, Barabanki, Amethi, Sultanpur, Ghazipur and Ambedkar Nagar. 1470 hectares of land is being taken up in these six sections. The total budget is further than 2307 crores. So far, 358 hectares of land has been acquired. Two other roadways are also in the channel.

The Agra- Lucknow Expressway will have five artificial townships Agra, Firozabad, Etawah, Kannauj and Kanpur Nagar. Two artificial municipalities on the Gorakhpur Link Expressway will be developed at Ambedkar Nagar and Gorakhpur. For Agra- Lucknow, 609 hectares of land will be bought for Rs 239 crore. At the same time, there's a budget of Rs 480 crore for 207 hectares of land in the two metropolises of Gorakhpur Link.

In both the places, 36 hectares and 33 hectares of land have been taken independently. On the directions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, work is being done fleetly in the direction of accelerating the pace of artificial development along the thruway. In this sequence, the work of land accession for the construction of artificial corridors along the thruway is being done on top precedence. These corridors will play an important part in making the state's frugality worth ten trillion bones.
