The water of this swash, which is fed to the Arabian Sea from Rasayani area of Panvel taluka, through Pen and Uran, is causing profitable difficulty to thousands of original and fishing-dependent fishers in the three taluks.

Due to this, small and big businessmen engaged in fishing have been affected in the creek from Pen Kharpada to Uran Govthane. In this regard, the Konkan Coast Fishers Association has demanded strict action against the chemical company in Rasayani Patalganga by giving compensation to the fishers.

The chemical- laden water is affecting fish in the creeks of Uran, Panvel and Pen taluks. similar incidents have also passed numerous times due to the water flowing into the creek after washing the chemical holders. But the problem remains.
