Pimpri : An incident has taken place where three people beat up a youthful man and hit him on the head with a brick saying that he didn't want to celebrate his birthday. In this case, Hinjewadi Police has registered a case against three people and arrested one. This incident happed on Thursday(25th) around 11:30 in the night in front of Jackson Bar at Bavdhan in Mulshi taluka(Pimpri Chinchwad Crime News).
In this regard, Anurag Anand Jha(age- 25, occupant of Jagannath Dham Society, Bavdhan, Ta Mulshi) has filed a complaint in Hinjewadi Police Station. Grounded on this, Ganesh Vitthal Mane(age-30 near, Rai Di Palace Hotel, Bawdhan, Ta Mulshi) along with two other cohorts have been reserved and arrested under IPC 326, 324, 323, 504, 34 Ganesh Mane.
According to the police, Tejas Jha, a friend of the plaintiff Anurag Jha, had brought a cake for the plaintiff's birthday. At this time the indicted Ganesh Mane was staying near Tapri in front of Jackson Bar along with his two other cohorts. Ganesha abused Tejas by saying that he doesn't want to celebrate his birthday then. He was also injured by putting a brick on his head. When Anurag went to deliver him, the indicted also beat him.
On the complaint filed by Anurag, the police have arrested Ganesh Mane. farther disquisition is being conducted by Assistant Police Inspector.
