Pimpri : The woman was kept under surveillance because of the anger of the earlier dispute. The woman was walking along the road with her hubby when she was hit by a tempo on her body. The woman failed in this. During the investigation of this case, it was revealed that this wasn't an accident but a murder.
It turns out that the crime was committed by the in keeper Shah Rukh Khan and his accomplices. Police Commissioner Vinay Kumar Chaubey has taken action against the Shahrukh Khan gang under Mokka Act. Gang chiefs Shahrukh Khan (Rest. Kalakhadak Slum, Wakad), Anand Kishore Valmiki(age 29, Res. Kalakhadak Slum, Wakad), Parashuram alias Parshya Sunil Mane(age 24, Res. Kalakhadak Slum, Wakad), Rohit Nagnath Gaikwad (age 23, Hadapsar, Pune) are the names of the indicted.
Shah Rukh Khan and his companions gave a tempo to a couple on March 3, 2024 at 9:30 PM. A woman has failed in it. During the investigation, it was set up that the indicted had faked the accident and committed the murder. According to the police, Lata Santosh kumar Kamble (age-45) and her hubby Santosh kumar Kamble were walking after closing their shop.
At that time he was hit by a tempo. Lata Kamble was seriously injured and failed. Santosh Kumar Kamble was seriously injured. An accident was originally reported in this case. While probing the crime, the police suspected that it wasn't an accident but an accident. When the police checked the CCTV in the area, a tempo was seen moving distrustfully in the area three to three-and-a-half hours before the incident. Also, the front and hinder number plates of the Tempo were covered.
As the police came suspicious of the tempo, they began to question the driver. Meanwhile, the police added IPC sections 302, 307 and 120(b) to the offence. Police conducted an investigation and detained Tempo driver Rohit Gaikwad. During his interrogation, he confessed to committing the crime along with Anand Valmiki, Parashuram Mane and Shahrukh Khan. Police arrested both of them.
A through investigation was conducted with the arrested indicted, who had before quarrel with Lata Kamble. They were suspected to be furnishing information about the indicted to the police. Thus, the indicted kept a vigilant eye on Kamble's going and coming route with the intention of killing him. A minor helped the indicted to keep surveillance on Lata Kamble. The police also detained him. The indicted faked an accident by killing Kamble by hitting him with a tempo.
Shah Rukh Khan is lamming and the police are searching for him. Meanwhile, the Wakad police submitted a proposal to take action against the indicted under Mokka. fresh Police Commissioner Vasant Pardeshi has ordered action under Mokka. 15 serious cases have been registered against fugitive Shah Rukh Khan in Hinjewadi, Wakad, Khadki, Pimpri police stations.
Four cases have been registered against Anand Valmiki in Wakad and Hinjewadi police stations. Also, four cases have been registered against Parshuram alias Parshya Mane. A case has been registered against the indicted Rohit Gaikwad in Chatu Shringi, Wakad, Sinhagad Road Police Station.
