AIMIM has decided not to address any seeker in the forth coming Lok Sabha choices. The advertisement at Press Conference was made by The party's division chairman Farrukh Shabdi. The decision is being seen as a relief to Congress seeker Praniti Shinde. MIM leaders and workers had prompted the party not to address campaigners to avoid division of votes against the BJP. Originally, when there was a disagreement on this issue, Farooq Shabdi was in the mood to address a seeker. As a result, some members decided to leave the party.

In Solapur City Central, the AIMIM seeker Praniti Shinde defeated the Congress seeker. In the last 2019 Lok Sabha choices, elderly Congress leader Sushil Kumar Shinde had queried from Solapur, while Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi, leader Prakash Ambedkar had secured 1 lakh 70 thousand votes with the support of MIM party.

Sushil Kumar Shinde lost the election by a periphery of 1.58 lakh votes. In the 2017 Solapur Municipal Corporation choices, the AIMIM had won 9 seats. The Congress could win only 14 seats. The BJP came to power for the first time in the Solapur Municipal.
