They abused and threatened him. Jaisingh held both the hands of the complainant. Amar hit the complainant on his hand with an iron rod and injured him. They took away Rs. 1 lakh from him. As he walked, he flung his arms and legs in the air and let out a loud scream. Vehicles were vandalised.
Investigating officer Sub-Inspector Devre said that the accused, Amar and Jaisingh, are cousins.
Amar had called Jaisingh to his house as it was his sister's birthday.
He had consumed liquor after celebrating his birthday. He then raped the girl.
