According to the police, the complainant, her husband and brother-in-law went to Triveni Sangam in Tulapur at the behest of Amol Pandit.
The complainant and her husband were asked to change their clothes in the puja room after taking bath in the river. When the complainant was undressing in the room, he saw a mobile phone kept near Panditji's bag in the corner of the wall. At that time, the complainant saw the mobile in his hand and realized that it was Panditji's mobile phone. The video was recorded on a mobile phone. The complainant was convinced that Panditji continued to video record his mobile phone to film him in the nude and molested him by placing the mobile phone against the wall and recording it. The police have arrested Anil Kumar.
