The Rajasthan police issued a warning to its personnel regarding the posting of non-work-related videos, reels, or stories on social media while in uniform. The Director General of Police, UR Sahu, instructed all police officers in the districts about this matter. Sahu emphasized that it is a violation of regulations for police officers to share videos or stories in uniform that are unrelated to police duties, as it damages the department's reputation.

He further stated that strict measures should be taken by the supervising officer against individuals who engage in such posting. Sahu directed all Superintendents of Police, Commandants, and other officers in the state to ensure that police personnel refrain from sharing any content on social media platforms that is not related to their police work.

He highlighted that the police uniform symbolizes commitment, dedication, and accountability to the public, and its use should be approached with utmost care and seriousness to maintain public trust and discipline.
