Suicide of hotel employee by hanging : Loni Kalbhor

Pune : A worker working in a hotel committed suicide by hanging a ceiling fan with the help of a rope in Loni Kalbhor area. This incident has come to light at Borkar Mala on Wednesday(1st) at around eight in the morning. The name of the employee who committed suicide is Shankar Mohanrao Shinde(age-27, occupant of Loni Kalbhor, Borkar Mala, native of Murkhed Nageli, district Nanded). (Loni Kalbhor Pune Crime) Swapnil Rajendra Kadam(Rest. Boraiindi,Ta. Daund, Dist. Pune) has informed about this at Loni Kalbhor Police Station.

A case of unforeseen death has been registered in this regard at Loni Kalbhor police station. According to the police, Shankar Shinde was working in a hotel on the Pune-Solapur highway for the once one and a half years. He was staying in that hotel room along with his other co-workers.

Tuesday(April 30) was Shinde's friend's birthday. Shinde stayed in the room rather of going to the birthday party. Meanwhile, on Wednesday (Day 1) at around eight in the morning, associates who went to the birthday party returned. They knocked on the door still, there was no response from within.

So, when associates broke the door, Shankar Shinde hanged himself from the ceiling fan with the help of a rope. It was set up hanging. The reason why Shankar Shinde committed suicide couldn't be understood, further disquisition is being conducted by Loni Kalbhor police.
