Conman Sukesh Chandrashekar, currently in Tihar Jail, has once again grabbed headlines, this time involving the Rushikonda palace in Visakhapatnam. The palace, known for being an extravagant building commissioned by former Andhra Pradesh chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, was recently brought to light.

In a letter addressed to the current Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Sukesh expressed his interest in either purchasing or leasing the palace, offering to pay 20% above the market value if the state government was open to selling it.

The construction of the building, valued at Rs.500 crore, was revealed to the public after the ruling Telugu Desam Party (TDP) government assumed power. Sukesh's letter from Tihar Jail has stirred discussions across Visakhapatnam. He is currently facing allegations of extorting Rs.200 crore from his victims.
