In Indapur, six individuals disappeared when a boat overturned in the backwater of Ujni Dam due to strong winds. After twenty hours of relentless searching, the mission found the bodies of five individuals. While this information is recent, a distressing report is emerging from Ahmednagar. An SDRF team's boat, dispatched to locate submerged individuals in the river, has sunk.

Three individuals have perished in this incident, and three others are believed to be missing. Efforts are underway to locate these three. The team had traveled to the Pravara river bed in Akole taluka to seek the missing individuals.

Two young men had been swimming in Sugao Budruk Shivara and tragically drowned. One of the bodies was recovered, while the search for the other individual was ongoing. A Disaster Response Force team from Dhule had arrived to aid in the search for the young men. However, due to the swift current and a depression in the riverbed, the boat capsized, resulting in the loss of five team members' lives. Six people, including a local resident, drowned.

Five individuals have been rescued, with Pankaj Pawar confirmed safe. Another individual, Ashok Pawar, is in critical condition and receiving medical care in the hospital. The bodies of three soldiers, namely Nama Shinde, Vaibhav Wagh, and Rahul Pawar, have been retrieved. The search continues for Ganesh Deshmukh-Wakchoure, a local individual who drowned, and Arjun Jedgule, who drowned the previous day.
