The Democracy News : Traffic restrictions that had long been in place in Ramnagari have now been significantly lifted. The administration and police have eased various security measures, removing barriers at the Teedi Bazaar intersection. Four-wheelers can now access Shri Ram Hospital near Ram Janmabhoomi from this point. Additionally, vehicles will no longer be stopped at the Ramghat intersection.

Weekends, particularly Saturdays and Sundays, see a large influx of devotees in Ayodhya. This surge in visitors, both local and from across the country, previously faced challenges due to traffic restrictions. Residents of Ramnagari encountered difficulties on a daily basis for security reasons, even during regular days. However, relief has been granted starting from Saturdays.

The relaxation of traffic restrictions has brought significant relief to the residents of Ramkot. Previously, only vehicles with special permission or a yellow zone pass could pass through the Teedi Bazaar and Gokul Bhawan barriers. Now, four-wheelers from Teedi Bazaar can directly access Rampath via Katra and Asharfi Bhawan.

While the entry of four-wheelers from Unwal barrier towards Ramjanmabhoomi remains restricted, only vehicles authorized by the control room can access this area. The entry of four-wheelers from Ramghat intersection was previously restricted, but smooth movement began on Saturdays.

SP City Madhuban Singh explained that some restrictions have been eased for the convenience of devotees and locals, with security measures remaining intact. The recent changes have made visiting Ram Mandir more seamless for devotees and residents alike. The decision to ease restrictions has been well-received, as it has simplified movement and reduced challenges faced by citizens and visitors in Ayodhya.
