Earlier this year, Bollywood actor Vidyut Jammwal's film 'Crack' made a significant impact at the box office. Despite facing a setback with the film's underperformance, Vidyut revealed that he incurred substantial financial loss amounting to crores of rupees due to the movie. 'Crack' was released on 23 February 2024 with a production cost of 45 crores, but it only managed to gross Rs 17 crores post-release.

Vidyut Jammwal reported a loss of almost Rs 30 crores, which he mentioned recovering within three months. In an interview with 'Zoom', Vidyut shared that after the film's failure, he sought solace by joining the French circus team. Reflecting on the impact of 'Crack's failure, Vidyut emphasized the importance of handling setbacks.

He acknowledged receiving advice from friends who had faced financial losses and cared about him, but he chose to distance himself from such counsel. Following the movie's release, he immersed himself in the world of the French circus for a fortnight, particularly spending time with contortionists to marvel at their incredible flexibility.

Upon returning to Mumbai, Vidyut contemplated his financial predicament and strategized a plan. With a resolute attitude, he managed to clear his debts within three months, a feat he described as miraculous. When quizzed by friends about his debt repayment strategy, Vidyut remained tight-lipped about the details. Directed by Aditya Dutt, 'Crack' also features stars like Arjun Rampal, Nora Fatehi, and Amy Jackson.
