Hyderabad : Virasath Rasool Khan, a senior leader of the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen and former MLA, passed away on Tuesday due to health issues.
He had been with the AIMIM party for nearly forty years and served as the representative of the Nampally constituency from 2009 to 2014. Virasath Rasool Khan was the brother of the late Vizarath Rasool Khan, a well-known educator who passed away a decade ago.
