For the last 14 months, the Jaipur police have been working day and night to solve the crime of kidnapping a child. Finally, after a lot of hard work, the 25-month-old boy was released from the clutches of the kidnapper and handed over to his parents. The video of the incident has since been going viral on social media. The boy had been kidnapped for 14 months. During this, both of them used to fight with each other. Many people found the video emotional after seeing the child's tahoe and the kidnapper's tears. However, the police have arrested the accused and are interrogating him in this connection. So this is a different case.
In June 2023, a complaint was registered at the police station about the kidnapping of an 11-month-old child. The girl's mother told the police that the accused was her relative. Tanuj Chahar was arrested after a 14-month-long manhunt by the police. Tanuj Chahar was a head constable in the Aligarh police. However, he claimed that he had to lose his job for the love of the child's mother.
He claims to be the father of the child
Police have started investigation into the matter after the boy's parents lodged a complaint. He said he was the biological father of the child. That's why he asked the child's mother to stay with him. But she didn't accept it. The woman and the accused are relatives. The accused was living with the child's mother. But that was not possible.
The accused, Tanuj Chahar, has also asked the police to conduct a DNA test on his son and himself after claiming that he is the father. He added that he abducted the boy on June 2023 after the boy's mother refused to live together. Police is investigating further into the case. There has been no response from the boy's family yet.
