Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been released from Tihar Jail after he was granted bail by the Supreme Court. The court had granted him interim bail till June 1 to campaign for the Lok Sabha elections. Earlier in the day, Kejriwal visited the Hanuman temple in Connaught Place and paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat.

Kejriwal addressed AAP leaders and workers at the party office on Sunday morning. "I am not going back to jail for indulging in corruption but for raising my voice against the dictatorship," he said. "I was given 21 days by the Supreme Court. It was an unforgettable 21 days. I didn't waste a single minute. I fought to save the country. Aam Aadmi Party is not important, the country is important. Kejriwal came out of jail on May 10.

He has been accused of financial irregularities related to the alleged Delhi liquor scam. Kejriwal also claimed that the exit polls, which predicted a third term for the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA), were fake. "This is part of the conspiracy,".

Before Kejriwal reached Tihar Jail, traffic was restricted and security was beefed up. He was accompanied by his wife Sunita Kejriwal. These leaders include Atishi, Kailash Gahlot, Saurabh Bharadwaj, Sanjay Singh and others.

Several BJP workers were arrested for protesting against Kejriwal's visit to Raj Ghat. Delhi Congress chief Virender Sachdeva was also present at the meeting. Some of the protesters were removed and taken to Kamla Market police station to maintain law and order, a senior official said. "Around 100 BJP workers have been arrested," "BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor said."

A Delhi court has sent Arvind Kejriwal to judicial custody till June 5 in a money laundering case. Justice Sanjeev Aggarwal passed the order after Kejriwal was produced before the court through video conferencing after he surrendered in Tihar Jail following the expiry of his interim bail granted by the Supreme Court for campaigning in the Lok Sabha elections. Earlier, the ED had sought 14-day custody.

I paid my respects at Rajghat. Gandhiji is our inspiration to end dictatorship. I went to the Hanuman temple. I am blessed by Bajrangbali. June 4th is a Tuesday. Bajrangbali will destroy the dictatorship. - Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi Chief Minister.
