Hyderabad A theme demesne is likely to come up at the Durgam Cheruvu Lake as the government attempts to make it a more desirable magnet for excursionists and residers. The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority( HMDA) in discussion with the Telangana Artificial structure Corporation( TGIIC) is planning to develop a theme demesne at Durgam Cheruvu Lake in the megacity, which will be developed on 33 acres.
Metropolitan manager, Sarfaraz Ahmed audited the places to produce lung spaces, and verdure developments for callers on Friday, July 12. Away from the Durgam Cheruvu Lake, Ahmed audited the Kokapet- Neopolis Layout including the lands distributed and auctioned. The HMDA manager instructed officers to complete the pending workshop in the layouts.
Spread over 63 acres, the Durgam Cheruvu Lake is a major magnet for residers in Hyderabad that offers a wide air of peace and tranquillity through its cool terrain. The lake is also one of the many to grease boat riding, for those who enjoy an adventure, with multitudinous options including mechanized boats, pedal boats, and water scooters.
