A neighbour had an argument with the dog owner at a bungalow in Babul Garden in Magarpatta. After the dog, named American Pitbull, bit another dog, the neighbors went to the dog owner's house and inquired. At this time, the women of the Pitbull dog's house started screaming and arguing.
