Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh – In a startling incident that has raised serious concerns about railway safety, an eight-year-old girl jumped out of an emergency window of a moving train traveling at a speed of nearly 100 kilometers per hour. The shocking event occurred while the girl was traveling with her family from Mathura to Madhya Pradesh. According to reports, the girl was seated near the window when she leaned out to look at the scenery as the train approached a bend.

Tragically, she lost her balance and fell out of the train. It wasn't until the train had traveled 10 to 15 kilometers that her father noticed she was missing from her seat. Initially, the family scoured the train in search of her, but when they couldn't find her, her father feared the worst. He attempted to stop the train by pulling the emergency chain and alerted the railway authorities, suspecting that his daughter had fallen out of the window. As darkness descended, a search party was organized, including railway police and the girl's parents, who combed the railway line.

After a tense and frantic search, they found the girl injured in a forest approximately 15 kilometers away from the site of her fall. The railway police swiftly stopped a goods train to transport the girl back to Lalitpur railway station, where she received immediate medical attention. Upon evaluation, it was confirmed that the girl had sustained a leg fracture.

Thankfully, after receiving treatment at the District General Hospital, she has since been discharged and is recovering. This incident has sparked urgent discussions about the safety measures in place for railway windows and the potential dangers posed by emergency exits. As authorities investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident, families and passengers alike are left questioning the safety protocols that should be implemented to prevent such accidents in the future.
