Shri Devnani congratulates the Prime Minister on his third golden tenure : Innovations made in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly

Jaipur, July 9. Rajasthan Assembly Speaker Shri Vasudev Devnani was in Delhi on Friday. Shri Devnani paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in Parliament in Delhi. Shri Devnani warmly congratulated Shri Modi on the successful and golden tenure of the Union Government under his leadership for the third time. Shri Devnani described the trust reposed by the people of India in Prime Minister Shri Modi as historic.


Shri Devnani presented to the Prime Minister a bouquet of flowers, a picture of Lord Jhulelal, a copy of the book Partition Horoscope and Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Diary starting from Chaitra Shukla Pratipada Vikram Samvat 2081.


Speaker Devnani thanked the Prime Minister for initiating the celebration of Partition Horrors Remembrance Day on 14th August 2021 at the initiative of Prime Minister Modi. Shri Devnani told the Prime Minister that his family had also suffered the brunt of Partition. Shri Devnani also spoke to the Prime Minister about the glorious history of the Sindhi community.


Shri Devnani informed the Prime Minister about the innovations made in the 16th Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. Speaker Shri Devnani also presented a folder of innovations done in the Assembly to Prime Minister Shri Modi. The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today reviewed the Diary of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, launched on Indian New Year. Congratulating Shri Devnani for the publication, the Prime Minister said that the pictures of great personalities published at the beginning of every month in the diary are a matter of pride. The Prime Minister looked at the first page of each month of the Assembly Diary. The Prime Minister appreciated the innovations made in the Assembly. Shri Devnani informed the Prime Minister that work on the NeVA project has been started to make the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly paperless on the lines of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly.


Various issues related to Rajasthan were discussed in detail during the courtesy call of Speaker Shri Devnani to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
