1. Tomato soup -
Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, half of the parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Add a cup of water to the pan and bring to a boil. Then add all the ingredients and mix well. Grind the mixture. Heat it again and add black salt.

2. Lentil soup -
For this take soaked lentil, onion, carrot, capsicum and cook all in a pan with water for ten minutes. Add the bay leaves at the end for flavor. After cooking, strain the mixture and drink it.

3. Mushroom soup -
Drinking turmeric tea can lower blood sugar levels. For this, one tablespoon of oatmeal, one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Add half a teaspoon of olive oil, half a teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of pepper. Then, heat oil in a pan and add the sliced onions. Now put all the ingredients in half a cup of water and cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Then pour in the milk and mix. Heat oil in a pan and saute the mixture on a low flame and consume it.
