The Power Distribution Company has excelled in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze electricity consumption patterns through mobile phones. With data from 1,388 consumers, including their registered mobile numbers, the company can now track past and current electricity usage and develop strategies for reduction.
The Mumbai-based BEST has already implemented this system successfully, prompting KSEB officials to consider its implementation soon.
