A hotel owner in Pune faced difficulties after a money lender demanded a 50% share in the business, leading to threats of selling the hotel property. Frustrated by the lender's actions, the businessman tragically took his own life. The deceased, identified as Shivraj Vijaykumar Vadlakonda from Mahatma Pule Peth Pune, was involved in a financial dispute with Rohit Subhash Bhonde from HP Lohianagar, Pune.

Shivraj had borrowed money from Rohit to start 'The Indigo' hotel in Kharadi, but Rohit later insisted on becoming a partner and receiving 50% of the profits monthly. Unable to cope with the mounting pressure, Shivraj ended his life. Rohit is now facing charges of abetment to suicide.
