In fact, this amount was not invested in the tender, nor was it used for obtaining trade licenses and vendor codes of the companies. In order to gain the confidence of the plaintiff, a total of 4 crore 75 lakh 65 thousand rupees were initially given as profit, 2 crore 50 lakh rupees, 2 crore 25 lakh rupees. Also, a total of Rs 6.17.15 crore has been refunded against the principal amount of Rs 1.16 crore and Rs 25.50 lakh as per the MoU. The remaining Rs 4 crore 41 lakh 35 thousand and the refund amount was not returned. The case is being investigated by Assistant Police Inspector Satyawan Bhuyarkar.
