A penalty of Rs 9.67 crore has been imposed on Jitendra Sonigara, a partner of Grow India Residency, for illegal mining of ore for the Sonigara The Mark project in Chinchwad. Pimpri-Chinchwad's Additional Tehsildar Jairaj Deshmukh has issued an order in this regard.

Exact calculation was done by ETS from Tehsil office. It has been found that the company has illegally mined 19 thousand 360.765 brass, clay, murum and other minor minerals. On behalf of the company, the project is being carried out by Jitendra Panraj Sonigara and his partners.(Pune Pimpri Chinchwad News)


32,628 crore for the project. 300 trees have been planted. Out of this, 2767.535 bras have been stored.
The company had taken a license to excavate and transport only a temporary underground mine of 10,500 brass.
However, Additional Tehsildar Deshmukh took cognizance of the complaints that they had excavated more than the permissible limit.

This was heard. A fine of Rs 9 crore 33 lakh 18 thousand 887 and 34 lakh 56 thousand 459 has been imposed.
A penalty of Rs 9 crore 67 lakh 75 thousand 346 has been imposed on Grow India Residency Pvt. on behalf of the partner
Jitendra Sonigarra and others have been charged.
The amount should be remitted to the government immediately, he said.

"I have paid Rs 2 crore. The complainant is demanding money and the officials have given a notice under pressure.
I will appeal in the court, "said Jitendra Sonigarra, a builder.
