In Ghatkopar, Mumbai, police informed the court on Wednesday that the hoarding which collapsed earlier this month had poor construction quality. They requested an additional day of custody for the main accused, Bhavesh Bhinde.
The metropolitan magistrate granted the request, extending Bhinde's police custody until Thursday. Bhinde, who is the director of Ego Media Pvt. Ltd, was apprehended on May 16 in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
