The first case has been registered in Delhi under the new law that came into force across the country from moment. The case has been registered at the Kamla Market police station. A police complaint has been filed against the indicted by the sub-inspector. According to the police, the complaint was filed by sub-inspector Kartik Meena. The sub-inspector was patrolling the area when he came across the luxe restroom near the footbridge of the New Delhi road station.

A man was dealing water, bidi and cigarettes on the common road. This was causing important rigors to the people passing through. The sub-inspector asked him to remove the rehri. But the shop proprietor claimed. When he didn't leave, the police labor force registered a case against the rehri wala for inching on government land and causing vexation to the general public.

Old cases will be dealt under IPC Special CP Chhaya Sharma Delhi Police Special CP Chhaya Sharma said that old cases will be dealt under IPC. From July 1, when new cases are registered, sections of the BNS( Indian Penal Code) will apply to them. Everyone must follow these rules. The new cases will now be dealt with under the sections of the Indian Penal Code( BNS) and the Indian Civil Defence Code( BNSS).

On the preface of the three new felonious laws, former Puducherry LG and former IPS officer Kiran Bedi said," The biggest benefit I see from this is that it'sre-training the police for responsibility, translucency, technology, rights of victims, speedy trial in courts, rights of indicted. There were 511 sections in the Indian Penal Code, but there are 358 sections in the Indian Penal Code.

Through the correction, 20 new offences have been added to it, while the discipline period has been increased in 33 offences. The fine quantum has also been increased in 83 offences. There's a provision for obligatory minimal discipline in 23 offences. Community service discipline has been handed in six offences. The three amended felonious legislations were introduced in the Lok Sabha by the Central Government on 12th December 2023, videlicet, the Indian Penal Code, the Indian Civil Defence Code and the Indian substantiation Act.

These Bills were passed by Lok Sabha on20.12.2023 and by Rajya Sabha on 21.12.2023. The bills were passed in the Rajya Sabha by a voice vote after they were moved by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The bills came law after the President's assent on December 25, 2023. But the effective date was kept as July 1, 2024. During the discussion on the three bills in Parliament, Union Home Minister Amit Shah had said that they concentrate on justice rather than discipline.
