An individual accused of online extortion managed to escape from the custody of the Hyderabad Cyber Crime Team. The accused has been identified as Vansh Kumar Jangid. Vansh Kumar, along with his partner Sandeep Kumar, was initially arrested by the cyber team in Gurugram and Alwar, Rajasthan. The incident occurred as the police team was escorting both individuals to Hyderabad from Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station. While boarding the train, Vansh Kumar successfully evaded capture.

In response to the inspector's complaint, the Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station Police initiated a case and are currently conducting searches at potential hideouts to locate the escaped accused. A case related to online extortion had been filed in Hyderabad, with Inspector Madhusudan Rao leading the investigation under the Hyderabad Cyber Crime Team. Upon discovering Vansh Kumar's whereabouts in Gurugram, the police team swiftly traveled from Hyderabad to Gurugram to conduct a raid.

One of the accused, identified as Sandeep Kumar from Laxman Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana, was apprehended during the operation. Following information provided by Sandeep Kumar, the police were able to arrest his accomplice, Vansh Kumar Jangid, a resident of Alwar, Rajasthan. Both accused were then presented in a Rajasthan court and subsequently placed on a five-day transit remand.

In preparation to transport the accused back to Hyderabad, Inspector Madhusudan Rao and constable Sampat Kumar secured tickets on the Rajdhani Express traveling from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Secunderabad. On June 2, the police team arrived at Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station with the accused individuals.

At 7:30 PM, the train arrived at platform number five, and during the boarding process onto the B2 coach, Vansh Kumar managed to evade capture. Subsequently, the police team initiated an extensive search operation to locate the escaped individual. Despite thorough efforts, the police were unable to locate any trace of the accused.

Following this, Inspector Madhusudan Rao reached out to the Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Police Station for assistance. The police team proceeded to review CCTV footage from the platform and surrounding areas. In absence of any leads on the whereabouts of the accused, a case was officially registered based on the inspector's report.
