The complainant then said that he should not be punished. On this, Soham Sonar took out a sickle hidden behind his shirt and hit the complainant on the head.
The victim sustained injuries on his head and was bleeding profusely.
As people started to gather, the three fled on a bike.
After the complaint was filed the police began an investigation into the matter.
