India-Bangladesh Consular Dialogue : Officials discuss extradition cases.

India and Bangladesh conducted comprehensive discussions on visa issues, mutual legal assistance, and extradition cases during the fourth round of the India-Bangladesh Consular Dialogue in Delhi. Both parties reaffirmed their dedication to advancing people-to-people interactions.

The two nations engaged in extensive talks regarding enhancing coordination and cooperation on consular matters, visas, repatriation, Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT), and extradition cases. They also decided to enhance the bilateral Revised Travel Arrangement (RTA) to ease the movement of citizens from both countries, as stated by the external affairs ministry.
