The young girl, who resided within the jurisdiction of Mandawali Police Station, would regularly attend school accompanied by her brother, while her mother stayed at home. However, on that fateful Saturday, her routine took a devastating turn. When her brother went to pick her up from school, he discovered her in a state of distress inside the accused teacher's room. It was there that she had been subjected to abuse and threatened with severe consequences if she dared to speak about the ordeal.
Upon returning home, the victim, visibly distressed, confided in her mother, complaining of stomach pain. Sensing that something was amiss, the mother examined her daughter's clothes and grew suspicious.
