The Delhi police has registered a case against Trinamool Congress( TMC) leader Mahua Moitra over her reflections against National Commission for Women( NCW) speaker Rekha Sharma. On July 4, Sharma had gone to meet the victims of the Hathras rush that claimed 121 lives. A videotape soon went viral where a person was holding an marquee for her.

Netizens replied to the videotape asking why can’t the NCW speaker hold the marquee for herself. TMC leader Mahua Moitra in one similar post reflected, “ She's too busy holding up her master’s pyjamas. Sharma called Moitra a “ comb ”. “ She isn't interested in her work but just trolling people, and I do n’t have any time for gillers, ” Sharma remarked onX.

“ I did n’t ask for it nor did I realise that someone was carrying an marquee as there was so important rush and I was occupied in the situation and talking to people, ” Sharma added. Meanwhile, Moitra replied by tagging the Delhi Police saying, “ Come on@DelhiPolice please take action incontinently on these suo moto orders. Am in Nadia in case you need me in the coming 3 days to make a quick arrest. I Can Hold My Own Marquee. ”
