Pune: Sudhanshu Rai Observe, Election Expenditure, visited for Maval Lok Sabha Constituency, has directed the officers of the Election Expenditure Cell appointed at the position of Election Decision Officer and Assistant Election Decision Officer, office to corroborate the records in the specified format as well as the records of the expenditure information given by the candidate and keep the registers rigorously streamlined.
Rai, who's the Election Expenditure Observer for the Maval Lok Sabha constituency, visited the office of the Returning Officer of the Maval Lok Sabha constituency at the PMRAD Bhavan in Akurdi, Pune.
On the occasion of the election the, Electoral Officer Deepak Singla gave information about the various cells set up in the Maval Lok Sabha constituency. On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Ramvir, SDM Sangrur Yashpal Sharma, Assistant Commissioner(UT) Devdarsh deep Singh, EO Ramesh Kumar, all original Congress leaders, and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
As per the vittles of Examination of Accounts in Compendium of Instructions on Election Expenditure Regulation of Election Commission of India, the day-to-day expenditure accounts maintained by a seeker are examined. Consequently, Shri. Rai held a review meeting with the officers of the Election Expenditure Management Cell and gave directions.
Rai gives the instruction that every record should be kept streamlined by taking the record of election charges in a proper manner, the details entered from the banks should be compiled, should be continuously operationalized and every aspect should be nearly examined. Rai was speaking at the media room of the office of the Maval Lok Sabha constituency election officer.
One Window Cell, Code of Conduct Cell, Election Expenditure Management Cell, Law and Order Cell, He visited polling stations and observe the situation. Ashwini Musale, head of the election expenditure audit team of the office of the Maval Lok Sabha constituency election decision officer, was present at the meeting.
Election observers Pramod Ovase, Surendra Deshmukh and Sachin Chate were also present at the meeting.
