Seeing that she was alone in the field, Jaswant Pal and Neeraj Ahirwar ran away from the field and gang-raped her. They tied her hands as she ran away from the field. She couldn't scream for help. The incident took place in Datia district of Madhya Pradesh.

When the duo took away the minor girl, another person named Satendra came there. He recorded the incident on his mobile phone and shot the video. The three threatened the girl that they would kill her if she narrated the incident to anyone. The girl was afraid. He didn't tell about this to their families. However, when her brother saw the video, he rushed to the police station.

Police have registered a case of rape. One of the accused has been arrested while two others are still absconding. Police are searching for them.
