Maharashtra State Agricultural Marketing Board : Fruit, Vegetable and Flower Export Conference held in Pune

The Maharashtra State Agri Marketing Network Project (MAGNET), a joint venture between the Maharashtra State Agricultural Marketing Board (MSAMB) and MAGNET, will be launching a platform for farmers, representatives of farmer producer companies, exporters, officials of the concerned departments and various experts in the agri-export industry.

Fruit, Vegetable and Flower Export Conference has been organized at Madgulkar Theatre. The conference will be inaugurated by Agriculture Minister Abdul Sattar. There will be a mentoring session for various exporters of fruits, vegetables and flowers from the state, NPPO, Federation of Indian E-sports Organizations and others. It also includes seminars on strategies for improving packaging, transportation and logistics.

Information about the schemes of various departments regarding agricultural products of the government, their norms, trends in the global market, quality standards and export regulations will be given through various seminars. With the participation of exporters and other major players in the export market, this conference will be helpful in increasing the export of fruits, vegetables and flowers from the state.
